Production process of pure water filling machine: the bottles in the air conveyor are transported to the rinser of the three-in-one filling machine through the bottle dialing star wheel. The rotary plate of the bottle rinser is equipped with a stainless steel bottle clamp that clamps the bottle neck. The bottle clamp clamps the bottle neck and flips it 180° along a guide rail to make the bottle mouth downward. In a specific area of the bottle rinsing machine, a special nozzle sprays rinsing water to rinse the inner wall of the bottle and also rinse the outer wall of the bottle. After the bottle is rinsed and drained, it is flipped 180° along the guide rail under the bottle clamp to make the bottle mouth upward. The washed bottles are led out of the rinser through the bottle-turning star wheel and sent to the pure water filling machine. The bottles entering the filling machine are held by the bottleneck support plate and the bottleneck is held, and the lifting mechanism is used to rise and fall under the action of the cam. The filling machine adopts gravity filling method. The bottle mouth rises and opens the filling valve to start filling. When the material rises to the position where the return hole is blocked, filling ends. After filling, the bottle mouth descends and leaves the filling valve, and the bottle enters the capping machine through the transition wheel. The anti-rotation knife on the capping machine blocks the bottle neck to keep the bottle upright and prevent rotation. The capping head keeps revolving and rotating on the capping machine, and under the action of the cam, it realizes the actions of cap grabbing, capping, capping, capping and decapping, completing the entire capping process. The finished bottles are transferred from the capping machine to the bottle output conveyor chain through the bottle output dial, and the conveyor chain is transferred to the pure water filling machine.
